This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

- Customers wishing to redeem their vouchers must make a booking in advance, and the gift card’s unique redemption code must be quoted at the time of booking.
- This voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used for this experience with payment in full. Change will not be given if the voucher is redeemed for goods/experiences less than its face value.
- All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
- Reservations are subject to availability. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
- Photocopies will not be accepted.
- This voucher cannot be redeemed during the 10 days of Babette’s Feast every end of October/beginning of November, or key dates e.g., New Year’s Eve. Please ask when booking.
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the booked date. Cancellations made after this time will result in the voucher value being retained.
